Never try products of WaterPik again!

Strengths: Price.

Weakness: Bad quality!

It is just a garbage! Buy it at CVS 2 months ago, actually only used it no more than 30 day, but it stop to work today! It looks like the pump has some problems.

WaterpikR Model WP60W

Strengths: Tongue Cleaner included

Weakness: No on/off switch on handle

Worked effectively during first use. The only drawback is that the on/off switch is located only on the main unit and not the handle. Assembles easily. Feature of having a tongue cleaner was decisive factor in choosing this model.

WaterPik Personal Oral Cleaning System

Strengths: Works great. Powerful water streams. Easy storage that everything fits and stored in like a box so nothing can be missed by carring around little parts.

Weakness: Water Cord a bit short. Need a top cap for the water reservor to keep dust out.

WaterPik was sometimes too painful to use continually. Handle was ok, wish the water cord was longer. Water reservior should have a top so dust cannot fall in, other than that, appears to be very effective in cleaning between teeth.

I have been purchasing WaterPik for friends and family. So far, I haven't heard of any problems with it. Some have used it for more than 15-years and still works fine. I would go with WaterPik brand in the future.

water pic wp60w

Strengths: compact

Weakness: noisey,

the design has not changed since years ago, should include additional attachments for gum line cleansing, cord is a little flimsy and handle is cheaply made as well, otherwise it does do what it is suppoed to

WaterPikW60

Strengths: Well priced, simple ot use, appears to work well.

Weakness: Very messy, creats a water fountain in your mouth which plunges into the sink. Gag reflex when you do the inside of your gumline.

Had this for a month and it perfroms as expected. If you are worred about gum troubles then you don't mind the fact that the process is messy. i'd be that few people really keep after this for more than a few months on a regular basis. You need the Pik Pocket to really do a good job. It does not come wiht this model, buty i bouth two.

i purchased form just4teeth.net

Waterpik doesn't hold up

Strengths: Cleaned teeth adequately

Weakness: Broke after only a few months

I agree completely with the previous reviewer. I purchased a Waterpik from Walmart several years ago. The pump broke after only 3 months. I then bought a Hydrofloss, which I am now looking to replace, which is why I am reading these reviews. I won't be buying a Waterpik again, but it seems there are not many brands to choose from. Maybe that is why Waterpik is not very good.

Effective waterpik with affordable price

Strengths: Inexpensive, cleanning effectiveness, ease of use

Weakness: sanitization design

This waterpik is a very basic unit but does all what I really need. The stream pressure is good and the setup is easy. The price is also pretty good. My only concern is the water left in the device may cause mold growth in a long term. Especially if the device is not in use for a relatively long time (one or two weeks vacation

Excellant Cleaning but a bit messy

Strengths: cleaned my teeth very well, a noticeable improvement over a good electric toothbrush; handy size takes just a small space; easy toset up and use

Weakness: can be a bit messy until you get used to the controls; leaving water in the reservoir resulted in some leaking from the tip holder

the waterpik works even better than floss, and cleans without any stress on the gums. the waterpik does not take the place of brushing, but in between brushing or after a snack i makes me feel clean. especially good for a larger gap i have.

Messy...but it works

Strengths: Cleans between teeth, affordable

Weakness: Messy, loud

I have braces so getting a Waterpik is pretty important to make sure that my teeth and braces remain as clean as possible. I didn't really know what to expect as I have never seen one of these things before. I've been using this particular Waterpik for about a week now.

I floss regularly, always have. But after using this at only the 3rd power level (out of six), my gums were bleeding! So I suggest not to go overboard when you start using this.

My biggest problem with this product is the mess. You are supposed to close your mouth while using it. This takes a lot of getting used to, especially for me since I like to see what I am doing. The "pause" button is kind of hard to press and I forget about it, so every time I use this item, my entire bathroom gets wet. I am not exaggerating. It takes a lot of coordination to remember to keep your mouth closed, point the sprayer in the right direction, and use the off/on switch on the base of the machine. Not that I am not coordinated in my normal life, but something with the Waterpik makes me go nuts. It just sprays everywhere. I have learned to do it before putting on makeup or getting dressed and I keep a roll of paper towels with me to wipe off the mirror and fixtures in the bathroom.

It is also LOUD. It shakes and has a pretty annoying motor. I don't like the fact that the cord is so short, but that might be to keep the power of the water stream.

I do like how clean this gets my teeth. I really don't notice food particles or anything fly out, but I brush a lot and floss each day, so there just might not be anything hidden. The idea that it can "rinse" out between the teeth is great. Flossing can only do so much since it is a string, but after you floss the Waterpik makes your mouth feel fresher. I still have not figured out the tongue cleaner, but my toothbrush works fine for that anyway.

Cleaning System

Strengths: just the right size for a crowded conter top

Weakness: no extra jet tips and tongue cleaners provided

The beautiful packaging attracted me to purchase this product. I like the new style. I have been looking for a personnel WaterPik for a long time, and I found this product has competitive pricing of which I can afford it.
