Disappointed with Philips Sonicare e3000: Good...

Strengths: Excellent dental care similar to more expensive Sonicare models at significantly lower cost.

Weakness: Poor reliability.

I was initially quite pleased with my e3000 after going through several more expensive Sonicare toothbrushes that stopped working because of rechargeable batteries that failed but could not be replaced. When I saw this e3000 model that has user-replaced alkaline batteries I was eager to start using it thinking that it would last longer. Unfortunately, my assumption was wrong. I can only hope that other customer had a better experience. This product offers excellent dental care when used properly but seems unreliable.

Best toothbrush out there!!

Strengths: Automatic stop that lets you finish brushing; sonic vibration that cleans teeth BETTER than any electric toothbrush that i've tried; battery operated that lasts months...so you don't have to worry abo

Weakness: none!

I LOVE SONICARE toothbrushes....plus the e3000 models are "AA" battery operated...which means you can take it ANYWHERE in the world without having to carry a charger that may/may not work with 220V/international outlets.

These are the BEST toothbrushes I've used thus far!!! Best on the market.
