They told me exactly when I could expect it and a week later it was there. I did not have to pay for shipping and it turned out perfectly. I remember buying a fridge from sears once and even though I paid for shipping it was a nightmare. Anyways, 2 days after it was delivered, I get a call from the sales guy Louis asking me if everything is ok. Thats what I call customer service. They really take care of thier people here.
