Each time I called, I received a helpful response from customer service. I received my laptop in 16 hours which was earlier than I expected. I had no problems and highly recommend to everyone. Reviews 		After tons of research to determine the printer I needed, I began my price search. Californiacomputer.com had the absolute lowest price along with free ground shipping. After reading the company's polarized reviews and my online suspicious nature, I felt a call was in order before making a purchase. I was able to get a real person two times in a row (out of two calls). They were both nice and helpful. They also called to confirm I had made a purchase, and that my card was not being used illegally by someone else. The printer arrived within a week. Because there was a small black scuff on the printer, I thought that it may have been refurbished. A quick check with HP and it was confirmed that the printer was absolutely brand new. Guess it happened at the factory and is on HP, NOT californiacomputer.com. I am very pleased with the product, price, and service, and despite all the poor reviews I have seen, I am very satisfied with my experience and will consider this company in the future.
