Retailer Response (04/30/2012):  Good afternoon, I have tried reaching you by phone and have also sent out a few emails regarding your review posted. I see that you have placed two orders with Abes, one on October 8th and your product was shipped on the 10th and again April 1st and shipped on the 4th. I do not understand what moderate service needs improvement. Was the server slow at that time?, was the website confusing? was the tracking number sent out late?
