Unbelieveably Smooth welder

Strengths: Wonderful cast aluminum, double wheel drive deck, Smooth power - makes for less spatter, easy to tune to the work at hand, better than my old Hobart...

Weaknesses: Have not found any yet...

Review: I have a small company that does metal work. I typically weld parts in the 18 gauge to 1/4" range. The chart inside the machine is a good baseline for beginners, but I normally run the machine one level hotter and faster. There is one part I weld that requires 6 - 2" long welds per part on 1/8" steel angle. That's a foot of weld per part. I max out the heat on the part and...
