Garmin Etrax H don't buyStrengths: None Weakness: Read comments Warning Do not buy this product. I didn't have this GPS for more than one month. The second day of use while up moose hunting I left the unit on the counter over nite. It was about 20 degrees F. I went to use the unit and noticed that the plastic faceplate had cracked. Not abused as accused by Raytech and Garmin. They both voided the warranty and to find this out I had to call them 1 1/2 months...

A better product than the previous version
Strengths: better sensitivity, still can work with serial cable (see my review of Nikon MC-35 adapter)
Weakness: no cable included
I am using it primarily for geotaging my pictures, as this device is among very few that are approved for use with my camera. I would prefer it to have more features, but for my needs it works fine. It's very basic, but it's built very well like many other Garmin products. It's rugged and waterproof.
