Worst Investment Ever
Strengths: Was comfortable for 3 months
Weakness: Poor durability, poor warranty service
After replacing mid duty chairs every year due to lift failure, I invested in this heavy use chair, hoping it would last for several years. Imagine my dissapointment and frustration when after ONLY 3 months the lift began to intermittently fail.
